Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager - Cisco to onboard customers, drive retention, and guide them through the lifecycle. You will act as SME for Cisco-related platforms and collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with customer goals.

You will analyze usage reports, manage service delivery workflows, and engage customers to foster trust and renewal opportunities. Remote, full-time role with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Onboarding customers and guiding them through their lifecycle.
• Conducting Customer Success Reviews (CSRs) to review usage and roadmaps.
• Interpreting consumption reports to support renewal strategies.
• Partnering with sales and internal teams to align offerings.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers and guide them through their lifecycle to ensure retention and growth.
• Serve as SME for platforms, tools, or services relevant to Cisco solutions.
• Plan and conduct regular CSRs to review product usage and feedback.
• Analyze consumption reports and provide insights for renewal strategies.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and partners to ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams to drive co-selling opportunities.
• Provide support to project teams for successful service delivery.
