Job summary

Cayenta, a division of Harris, seeks a Consulting Manager to lead CIS software implementations and professional services from inception through go-live. You will oversee a team of Application Consultants delivering utility/municipal CIS projects, driving delivery methodology, and ensuring client satisfaction with timely, on-budget delivery.

The role requires governance across multiple engagements, leadership in resource optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams including PMs,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a professional services or consulting role, ideally utility/municipal CIS implementations.
• 4+ years in a senior or managing consultant role across multiple CIS projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent software implementation projects for utility/municipal clients.
• Experience with PSA/project/test management tools (Jira, SpiraTest, ServiceNow) and data analytics (Power BI, Excel).
• Strong written and verbal communication and executive relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach AppCons and project resources to meet objectives.
• Provide solution oversight across concurrent CIS implementations and mentor consultants.
• Allocate resources to optimize utilization and maintain healthy billable ratios.
• Drive Cayenta's delivery methodology and ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Manage client relationships and communicate status to sponsors and steering committees.
