Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Requires regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Excellent guest service and interpersonal communication in English.
• Ability to work in a team and independently; follow directions; respond with urgency.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions on the assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs guests to an auditorium.
• Ensures ticket sales comply with MPAA ratings and policies.
• Provides pricing, movie information, and details on events and promotions.
• Responds to guest questions in a professional manner.
• Maintains theater cleanliness and safety in lobbies, aisles, restrooms, auditoriums, and parking areas.
• Keen attention to safety, security, and incident reporting.
• Assists with opening and closing duties as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
