Cinemark is seeking Theater Team Members to create a welcoming guest environment and provide accurate information about movies, events, and pricing. You may support Usher, Box Office, or Concession tasks as needed, ensuring a high-quality guest experience across positions.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, operating the POS system, verifying tickets, offering theatre details, maintaining cleanliness, and following safety and food-handling standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Basic food handling training and any local/state required certification or health card.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and provide excellent Guest service.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
• Ability to take direction and maintain accuracy in cash handling.

Responsabilités

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions on the assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie information, and general theatre details.
• Responds to phone calls and questions from Guests in a professional manner.
• Conducts theatre inspections to monitor presentation and safety.
• Keeps theatre property clean in all areas including lobby, aisles, restrooms and auditoriums.
• Prepares food and operates cooking, warming, and popping equipment.
• Wipes down high-contact areas and complies with food safety laws.
• Monitors safety issues and reports to management.
• Assists with opening and closing duties as needed.
• Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
