Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English with guests and team members.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate Cinemark’s POS system for transactions and ticketing.
• Verify tickets at podium and direct Guests to seating.
• Provide information on pricing, events, and promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness in lobby, aisles, restrooms and auditoriums.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
• Support food preparation and equipment operation as required.
