Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Theatre Team Member to greet Guests, operate the POS, verify tickets, and share theatre information. This role requires strong guest service and reliable attendance to keep operations running smoothly.

You will work across duties in concessions, box office, and ushering as needed, ensuring a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable cinema experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Completes basic food handling training and any local or state mandated certification.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Requires regular and consistent attendance.
• Ability to communicate with all ages and personalities.
• Ability to work in a team or independently and take direction with urgency.

Responsabilités

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate Cinemark’s POS system for transactions at the register.
• Verify tickets and direct Guests to an auditorium.
• Provide pricing, event information, and theatre details.
• Respond to Guests' questions with courtesy and accuracy.
• Conduct theatre inspections to monitor movie presentation and safety.
• Keep theatres and facilities clean and safe; monitor for safety hazards.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and other tasks as needed.
