Job summary

Cinemark is seeking a Theatre Team Member to warmly greet Guests, operate the ticketing POS, verify seats, and provide movie information. You may fill roles across Usher, Box Office, or Concession depending on staffing needs.

You will help maintain cleanliness and safety across the theater while delivering a high-quality guest experience. Requirements include being at least 16, basic food handling training where required, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains local certifications where required.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Interpersonal skills for communicating with guests of all ages and backgrounds.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Ability to take and follow directions.
• Responds with a sense of urgency.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions on the assigned register.
• Verifies tickets and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Ensures compliance with MPAA ratings and policies.
• Provides pricing, movie information, and event details.
• Responds to guest questions in a professional manner.
• Maintains theatre cleanliness and safety in lobbies and auditoriums.
• Performs opening and closing duties as assigned.
