Cinemark Team Members create a welcoming environment for Guests, handling transactions at the POS, answering questions, and guiding Guests to seating. The role covers cross-functional duties as Usher, Box Office, or Concessionist when needed, while maintaining theatre safety and cleanliness.

Formación

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains local/state certification where required.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Excellent Guest service and communication in English.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.

Responsabilidades

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions on the assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Ensures tickets are sold in accordance with MPAA rating system and policies.
• Provides pricing, movie information, and special events details.
• Responds to phone calls and questions from Guests with quality service.
• Conducts theatre inspections to monitor presentation and safety.
• Keeps theatre property clean in all areas.
• Prepares food and operates cooking, warming, and popping equipment.
• Wipes down high-contact areas and complies with food safety laws.
• Monitors safety issues and reports to management.
• Assists with opening and closing duties and other tasks as assigned.
