Job summary

Cinemark is seeking a Theater Team Member to help create a welcoming guest experience. You will greet guests, operate the POS system, verify tickets, and provide information on pricing, movies, and events. You may also serve as Usher, Box Office, or Concessionist as staffing needs require.

Ideal candidates are at least 16, ready to work flexible hours, and able to communicate in English. Strong cash handling, teamwork, and a customer-first attitude are essential to succeed in this fast-paced

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Able to work in a team environment and independently.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions on the assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie, special events, and theatre information.
• Responds to phone calls and questions from Guests in a professional manner.
• Keeps theatre property clean and safe for Guests and Team Members.
• Assists with opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Performs other duties as needed.
