Cinemark Team Members create a welcoming environment for our Guests. They operate Cinemark's POS system, answer questions, and guide Guests to their seats in the auditoriums. The role may also include Usher, Box Office, or Concession duties as staffing needs require.

Each Team Member must perform the essential duties with accuracy, friendliness, and speed while maintaining a clean and safe theatre environment for all patrons.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.

Responsabilités

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates POS system for all transactions on the assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Ensures compliance with MPAA rating system and company policy.
• Provides pricing, movie information, and event details to guests.
• Responds to guest questions in a professional manner.
• Maintains theatre cleanliness and safety across areas.
• Performs opening/closing duties as assigned.
