Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Food handling training or local certification where required.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude for each shift.
• Excellent guest service and communication in English.
• Able to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests promptly and professionally.
• Operate Cinemark's POS system for transactions.
• Verify tickets and direct Guests to the auditorium.
• Provide pricing, movie information, and promotions.
• Answer calls and respond to Guest inquiries with courtesy.
• Conduct theatre inspections for safety and quality.
• Maintain clean theatre areas and assist with opening/closing duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
