Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is hiring Theatre Team Members to create a welcoming environment for Guests. You will be quick, accurate, and knowledgeable about movies, events, pricing, and theater policies while delivering a heroic guest experience.

Responsibilities include operating the POS, verifying tickets, answering questions, keeping the venue clean, handling food prep, and assisting with opening/closing duties as needed; a friendly attitude and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains local/state certification where required.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular attendance and reliability.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Excellent guest service and communication with all ages and backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate Cinemark’s POS system for transactions at the assigned register.
• Verify tickets at podium and direct Guests to auditoriums.
• Provide information on pricing, movies, events, and policies.
• Maintain clean theatre spaces and safe environment.
• Assist with opening/closing duties as assigned.
