Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is hiring Theatre Team Members to create a welcoming guest experience. You will greet Guests, operate the POS system, verify tickets, and provide information on movies and events. You may work as Usher, Box Office, or Concessionist depending on staffing needs.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean theatre spaces, assisting guests, and supporting opening/closing duties as assigned. This role requires great communication, teamwork, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Basic math and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions on assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie information, and details about events.
• Responds to Guests' questions with courtesy and accuracy.
• Maintains clean and safe theatre areas (lobby, restrooms, auditoriums).
• Assists with opening/closing duties as needed and supports other roles as staffing requires.
