Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is hiring a Theatre Team Member to greet guests, manage POS transactions, verify tickets, and provide accurate information about movies and events. You will help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming theatre environment and support opening/closing duties as needed.

Responsibilities include assisting guests with pricing and promotions, answering questions, and working cross-functionally as needed to ensure a heroic guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile in a timely, professional manner.
• Operate Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions at the assigned register.
• Verify tickets at the podium and direct guests to auditorium.
• Provide pricing, movie information, and details on events and promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in theatre areas and restrooms.
• Assist with opening/closing duties as assigned by management.
• Respond to guest questions with courteous, accurate information.
