Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a seasoned Continuous Improvement leader to guide data-driven initiatives across multiple operations.

You will lead CI engineering and quality professionals, influence senior management, and drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. The role requires startup experience, expertise with AutoCAD, WMS (Manhattan SCALE), Power BI, and slotting tools, plus extensive labor planning and travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management.
• Master's degree preferred in related fields.
• Nine+ years in Distribution, Warehousing, or Logistics required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of CI engineering and quality professionals; hire, coach, and manage performance.
• Develop and execute strategy, scorecards, KPIs, and improvement plans.
• Provide training, coaching, and mentoring; translate Ryder BSC concepts to local sites.
