Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management.
• Nine+ years in Distribution, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Transportation or Logistics.
• Advanced MS Office including Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
• Data visualization (PowerBI/Tableau) and database programming (SQL/DAX).
• Lean Six Sigma and related certifications; CPMP/ISO/QMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CI engineering and quality professionals and manage performance.
• Lead strategy, KPI action plans, and assess critical site needs.
• Coach teams in engineering, data analysis and Lean methods for excellence.
• Facilitate Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen events and sustainment.
• Manage multiple cross-functional CI projects and report progress.
