Job summary

Läderach is seeking a part-time Key Holder (Shift Lead) in Las Vegas to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will lead the in-store team, support training, and ensure brand standards are met during each shift, driving sales and customer satisfaction.

You bring strong communication, reliability, and a passion for chocolate, with the ability to manage duties, merchandising, and safety protocols while supporting store goals and the manager.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail sales experience with increasing responsibilities.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Reliable and flexible with store scheduling needs.
• Quality-minded with keen attention to detail.
• Passion for chocolate and brand experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experience and lead the in-store team.
• Provide training and support to store associates to meet production goals.
• Lead various in-store tasks per shift and uphold brand standards.
• Ensure smooth movement on the sales floor and proper merchandising.
• Lead adherence to food safety protocols and loss-prevention standards.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.
• Perform other role-related duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
