Job summary

Läderach is seeking a Part-Time Key Holder (Shift Lead) to deliver an outstanding in-store experience and champion the brand. You will lead store tasks, support training, and ensure product presentation meets standards while maintaining a welcoming customer environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of retail experience, strong communication, reliability and flexibility, keen attention to detail, and a genuine passion for chocolate.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in retail sales or similar fast-paced, customer-minded environment, with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experience and support in-house team.
• Provide training and assist Store Associates to meet production goals, including product finishing projects.
• Lead in-store tasks during each shift, upholding store and brand standards.
• Ensure the movement on the sales floor flows smoothly.
• Help ensure product merchandising is done accurately.
• Help lead the follow-through of all food safety protocols.
• Target sales objectives and help achieve store compliance and loss prevention standards.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss goals, progress and topics in need of improvement.
• Perform other role-related duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
