Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experience and lead the in-store team.
• Provide training and guidance to Store Associates.
• Lead in-store tasks during each shift, upholding brand standards.
• Ensure movement on the sales floor flows effectively.
• Help ensure product merchandising is accurate.
• Help lead follow-through of all food safety protocols.
• Target sales objectives and maintain store compliance.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss goals and improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
