Läderach, a Swiss chocolate maker, is seeking a Key Holder (Shift Lead) to champion the in-store experience. The role focuses on leading the sales floor, training associates, and upholding brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will drive customer satisfaction, help achieve sales goals, and ensure product presentation and safety protocols are followed across shifts. This position offers opportunities for growth within the retail team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in retail sales or similar fast-paced, customer-minded environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer interactions.
• Reliable and flexible with scheduling based on store needs.
• Quality-minded with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experience and lead in-store team performance.
• Provide training and assist Store Associates to meet production and service goals.
• Lead shift tasks, maintain brand standards, and ensure smooth movement on the sales floor.
• Help ensure accurate product merchandising and adherence to food safety protocols.
• Support sales objectives, store compliance, and loss prevention during shifts.
