Job summary

Läderach at South Shore Plaza in San Diego seeks an APART-TIME Läderach Key Holder (Shift Lead) to deliver exceptional in-store experiences and champion brand standards.

The ideal candidate will lead the in-store team during shifts, train associates, drive sales objectives, and ensure food safety and product merchandising accuracy.

With at least 1 year in retail, you’ll be reliable, flexible, detail-oriented, and passionate about chocolate, eager to grow in retail management.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in retail sales or similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and reliability.
• Willingness to take on increasing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experience and maintain high brand standards.
• Provide training and support to Store Associates to meet production and service goals.
• Lead in-store tasks, ensure smooth sales floor movement, and uphold merchandising quality.
• Support food safety protocols and store compliance.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and loss prevention goals.
• Participate in team meetings and roll out store initiatives.
• Handle other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
