Job summary

Läderach is seeking a Key Holder (Shift Lead) to deliver outstanding customer experiences and to champion the store’s brand standards. This role emphasizes leadership, training, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will guide the team on sales floor movement, product merchandising, and adherence to food safety protocols, while supporting store goals and participating in meetings for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in retail sales or similar fast-paced environment with increasing responsibility
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable and flexible with scheduling based on store needs
• Quality-minded with keen attention to detail
• Passion for chocolate and customer Experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experience and maintain brand standards
• Provide training and support to store associates on a shift
• Lead in-store tasks and ensure smooth sales floor flow
• Assist with product merchandising and stock organization
• Lead follow-through on food safety protocols and store compliance
• Contribute to achieving sales objectives and participate in team meetings
• Take on other duties as assigned by the Store Manager
