Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experience and lead in-store team.
• Provide training and support to Store Associates to meet goals.
• Lead in-store tasks during each shift and uphold brand standards.
• Ensure movement on the sales floor flows effectively.
• Help ensure accurate product merchandising.
• Help lead food safety protocol adherence.
• Target sales objectives and maintain store compliance and loss prevention.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss goals and improvements.
• Fulfill other role-related duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
