Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in retail sales or similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal communication.
• Reliable and flexible with scheduling based on store needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experience and maintain an engaging store environment.
• Provide training and support to Store Associates to meet production goals and finish products as needed.
• Lead various in-store tasks during each shift, upholding brand standards.
• Ensure smooth movement of customers and merchandise on the sales floor.
• Assist with accurate product merchandising and displays.
• Lead the follow-through of food safety protocols.
• Aim to meet sales objectives and uphold store compliance and loss-prevention standards.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss goals and improvement topics.
• Perform other role-related duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
