Läderach, a Swiss chocolate maker, is seeking a part-time Key Holder (Shift Lead) to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will lead the team, train associates, and ensure smooth shop operations while maintaining brand standards and product merchandising.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail, strong communication, reliability, and a passion for chocolate. You will work on-site with flexible scheduling and participate in team initiatives and food safety practices.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in retail sales or similar fast-paced, customer-minded environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Reliable and flexible with scheduling based on store needs.
• Quality-minded with keen attention to detail.
• Passionate about chocolate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experience and uphold store brand standards.
• Provide training and assist Store Associates to meet production goals and coordinate product finishing.
• Lead various in-store tasks during each shift and ensure smooth sales floor flow.
• Ensure accurate product merchandising and adherence to store standards.
• Help lead follow-through of all food safety protocols.
• Aim for sales objectives and support store compliance and loss prevention.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss goals and improvements.
• Fulfill other role-related duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
