Job summary

The State of Missouri's Family Support Division, Child Support Office in Warrensburg invites candidates for a Benefit Program Technician. You will assist Missouri citizens by assessing needs via phone, in-person visits, or online inquiries and guide them through services such as verifying paternity and establishing or modifying orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 4+ years of customer service experience, or a Bachelor's degree.
• Personable, compassionate, non-judgmental and supportive demeanor.
• Excellent customer service, accurate typing and attention to detail.
• Experience with several different computer programs simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Assess child support needs during phone calls, in-person visits and online inquiries.
• Assist and guide through services such as verifying paternity and establishing orders.
• Enforce and/or modify administrative and judicial orders as applicable.
