The State of Missouri Family Support Division is seeking Benefit Program Technicians for the Cole County Child Support Office in Jefferson City. You will assess child support needs via phone, in person, and online inquiries, guiding clients through services like verifying paternity and establishing orders.

A six-month training program accompanies the role. Applicants should have a high school diploma and at least four years of Customer Service experience or a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Four years of customer service experience OR a bachelor's degree.
• Ability to type with high accuracy.
• Experience using several computer programs simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Assess child support needs during phone calls, in-person office visits, and online inquiries.
• Assist and guide clients through services such as verifying paternity and establishing child support orders.
• Enforce and/or modify both administrative and judicial orders.
