Reporting to the Executive Operations Leader, this role blends strategic planning, executive governance, and senior storytelling to enable leadership with clarity.

You will translate priorities into structured plans, angle high-visibility forums, and drive cross-functional alignment, delivering narratives that reflect our values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations or related field.
• 10+ years of leadership in Executive Operations, Business Operations or Strategic Program Management in SaaS/tech.
• Proven ability to define executive communications and manage senior stakeholders across matrixed teams.
• Expertise in executive speechwriting and narrative framing for presentations.
• Ability to translate ambiguous inputs into structured operational models.
• Strong business acumen in Customer Success operations and financial cycles.

Responsibilities

• Establish and govern the operating rhythm and executive forums across the organization.
• Collaborate with CS COO leadership to streamline decision-making and drive execution.
• Maintain executive focus by surfacing risks early and guiding teams to resolution.
• Own the end-to-end communications strategy and messaging for leadership.
• Shape the agenda and presentation content for major executive forums and meetings.
• Direct high-stakes priorities into structured execution plans across matrixed teams.
