Job summary

Fuze Health seeks a VP, Call & Clinical Operations to build and scale the infrastructure supporting rapid growth across a large, remote and hybrid workforce. The role balances cost, quality, and SLAs while driving inbound call resolution and outbound strategies.

This executive leader will oversee 450+ care agents and licensed clinicians, ensure regulatory compliance, lead continuous improvement, and partner with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, and Finance to align launches with execution

Qualifications

• Executive leadership experience in large-scale clinical call centers or pharmacy operations.
• Proven ability to scale operations across multiple sites and a distributed workforce.
• Strong regulatory compliance knowledge including state boards and DEA.
• Experience leading cross-functional partnerships with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical call and operations across 450+ agents and licensed clinicians.
• Direct staffing and capacity strategies for a 400+ FTE remote/hybrid workforce.
• Drive process standardization, quality improvements and SLA adherence.
• Lead regulatory compliance initiatives and organizational change initiatives.
