Fuze Health seeks an accomplished VP, Call & Clinical Operations to lead and scale our clinical call centers, pharmacists, nurses and social workers across a 24/7 high-volume network. This executive role drives staffing, quality, and regulatory compliance while balancing cost and service excellence.

You will partner with cross-functional leaders to align launch timelines with operational readiness and propel continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead large, multi-site clinical operations.
• Experience with regulatory compliance in pharmacy or healthcare.
• Strong change management and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and scale the Clinical Call and Clinical Operations vertical across multiple brands.
• Drive inbound and outbound strategies while balancing cost, quality and SLAs.
• Partner with product, compliance, legal and HR to align initiatives with execution readiness.
