Fuze Health is seeking a VP of Call & Clinical Operations to lead and scale our clinical call centers and pharmacy operations across a multi-site, 24/7 footprint. This role reports to the COO and focuses on cost, quality, and service levels to support rapid growth and outbound revenue strategies.
You will manage staffing, capacity, and performance for 450+ agents and licensed professionals, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, and Finance to align
Formación
- 10+ years of executive leadership in large-scale clinical call centers or pharmacy operations.
- Experience managing 400+ remote or hybrid team members.
- Licensed Pharmacist in at least one state (preferred).
- Strong regulatory and compliance knowledge.
- Advanced degree in Business, Operations, Pharmacy, or related field.
Responsabilidades

- Drive onboarding of growth initiatives and SLAs.
