Job summary

Kimmel & Associates, Inc. represents a well-established heavy equipment dealer seeking a Vice President of Product Support. The role leads parts, service, training, and product support sales across a multi-branch territory and reports to the COO on the senior leadership team.

The VP will drive safety culture, improve operations, grow revenue, manage expenses, and develop a high-performing workforce across the regional footprint.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive leadership in parts, service, and product support operations.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Proven track record of improving operational performance and financial results.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for parts, service, and product support across multiple locations.
• Oversee inventory planning, logistics, and parts availability across branches.
• Lead regional service teams including field service, shop repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Develop parts and service sales strategies to improve profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Strengthen product support in Mining, Quarry & Aggregates markets.
• Oversee technical services and training to improve workforce competency.
• Use KPIs and financial data to drive productivity, cost control, and growth.
• Collaborate with sales, IT, and talent development to align support with business goals.
