The ideal candidate has 10+ years in executive healthcare operations, strong leadership across remote teams, and a track record of regulatory compliance and process optimization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive executive experience leading complex, large-scale clinical call centers or pharmacy operations.
• Experience managing remote or hybrid multi-site teams (400+ FTEs) in a 24/7 environment.
• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy and licensed pharmacist in at least one state of operation.
• Deep expertise in process engineering, quality management systems, and scaling operations.
• Experience with regulatory authorities (State Boards, DEA) and compliance.
• Strong change management and strategic communication skills.
• Advanced degree in Business, Operations, Pharmacy, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the Clinical Call and Clinical Operations vertical across legacy TruePill and Alto.
• Lead staffing and capacity strategies for 450+ care agents and licensed professionals.
• Ensure high-quality, standardized performance across a large work-from-home team.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and safety with state boards and DEA.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Partner with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance and other leaders.
• Lead and develop a high-performing leadership team.
