Job summary

Pen Manufacturing seeks a senior Head of OEM Growth to build and prove a repeatable OEM acquisition strategy within its sheet metal fabrication and welding platforms. This role will drive partnerships, pricing, and account expansion across multiple facilities, with a clear path to scale as acquisitions proceed.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in contract manufacturing sales, deep sheet metal and welding experience, and a proven track record of growing OEM accounts across multi-site environments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in contract manufacturing sales.
• Deep experience in sheet metal fabrication and welding.
• Machining experience a strong plus.
• Proven success acquiring and scaling OEM accounts.
• Experience operating within multi-site or roll-up manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong strategic and operational alignment capability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute OEM penetration strategy within existing fabrication operation.
• Secure high value OEM partnerships aligned with technical capabilities.
• Build a structured playbook for vertical targeting, pricing strategy, and account expansion.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure manufacturability and margin alignment; replicate and scale across facilities.
