Help at Home is seeking a Head of Information Security to lead enterprise security strategy, governance, and risk management. You will direct security operations, incident response, and third‑party risk, aligning with HIPAA, SOX, and industry standards to protect systems and data.

This role requires 12+ years in information security with hands-on leadership, plus experience with AI governance and regulatory frameworks. A strong business acumen and cross‑functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or related field.
• 12+ years in information security with leadership experience.
• Hands-on in security operations, incident response, and risk mitigation.
• Experience remediating SOX/ITGC control deficiencies.
• Knowledge of AI governance and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise security program, governance, and risk management.
• Oversee security operations, incident response, and metrics.
• Develop and execute security strategy, roadmaps, and KPIs.
• Manage MSSPs, vendors, and third‑party security risk.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, SOX, NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2.
