Vanteo seeks a senior leader to own and scale five distinct J-1 teacher programs (TPG, ITES, Global, J1X, HRC) across the U.S. You will design separate go-to-market strategies reflecting each brand’s offerings while sharing a common infrastructure of HubSpot, sales operations, and market intelligence.

You’ll build a new sales function with board-backed resources, lead five future-oriented teams, and partner with enterprise sales, compliance, and marketing to drive durable growth.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of senior sales, growth, or GTM leadership experience.
• J-1 program knowledge strongly preferred; conversant with sponsorship and compliance.
• Deep understanding of K-12 school districts, charters, and procurement processes.

• Define and run five parallel go-to-market strategies for five brands (TPG, ITES, Global, J1X, HRC).
• Build and manage a multi-brand sales engine with CRM, forecasting, and pipeline discipline.
• Own budget, headcount, tooling, and partner spend; present to President and Board.
• Lead marketing and partnerships, develop a national partner network, and ensure compliance quality.
