Vanteo seeks a senior leader to own the growth engine across five J-1 brands—TPG, ITES, Global, J1X, and HRC—driving new-school districts and networks while aligning with state DOE and partner referrals. You will shape GTM, pricing, and campaigns, and stand up a distributed sales operation with a strong marketing and data backbone.

You will partner with program/compliance teams, build HubSpot-powered pipeline, and ensure placement quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressively senior sales or GTM leadership experience.
• Experience building a new-business function from scratch with executive visibility.
• Knowledge of J-1 exchange-visitor programs is a strong advantage.
• Experience managing multi-brand portfolios with differentiated GTM strategies.
• Hands-on CRM/RevOps experience, including pipeline design and automation.
