Job summary

Vanteo is seeking a senior leader to own the go-to-market for five J-1 teacher brands (TPG, ITES, Global, J1X, HRC) and build a durable multi-brand sales engine. You will shape strategy, establish pipelines, and align marketing, ops, and compliance under one umbrella.

You’ll lead a newly funded sales function, recruit and coach teams, and partner with executives to optimize budgets, tooling, and market intelligence for scalable growth across districts and networks.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience with new-business from scratch.
• Deep understanding of J-1 sponsorship, DS-2019, SEVIS, and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of K-12 districts, charters, and private schools.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and execution of multi-brand GTM strategies (TPG, ITES, Global, J1X, HRC).
• Build and lead a new-sales function, with pipeline, forecasting, and velocity.
• Stand up sales ops, marketing, and partnerships to support revenue growth.
• Maintain strong compliance and placement quality across all brands.
• Collaborate with HubSpot, marketing, and operations to scale revenue using data-driven methods.
• Foster a national partner network with state education departments and recruiters.
