Job summary

Vanteo seeks a senior sales leader to own new-business growth for its five J-1 teacher programs (TPG, ITES, Global, J1X, HRC). You will design five go-to-market strategies under one shared infrastructure and build a scalable, multi-year engine for district and school partnerships.

You’ll lead a small team, work with enterprise sales and operations, and partner with program/compliance leaders to ensure credible discussions with superintendents and CAOs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressively senior sales, growth, or GTM leadership.
• Experience building a new-business function from scratch and reporting to executives/board.
• Hands-on CRM/RevOps chops; able to architect pipeline and automation.

Responsibilities

• Build and run a multi-brand new-sales motion across five J-1 organizations.
• Stand up sales operations: pipeline, forecasting, deal velocity, contracting.
• Develop a national partner network with state DOEs, communities, and recruiters.
• Collaborate with AI/data teams and marketing to shape models and campaigns.
• Own marketing for the J-1 teacher programs and ensure compliance and quality.
