Job summary

Voice Systems Engineering, Inc. seeks a hands-on Head of AI Enablement & Transformation to consolidate ongoing AI initiatives into a coherent, governed program across the company.

You will prototype and ship agentic AI systems and build safe tooling for non-engineers while leading a ~45-person AI champions network. The role emphasizes governance, guardrails, and scalable adoption in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technology, operations, product, consulting or transformation roles, including applied generative AI work.
• Experience rolling out AI or automation across a non-technical workforce with measurable gains.
• Experience establishing governance, responsible-AI or data-handling policies in live environments.

Responsibilities

• Prototype and ship AI agents, automations, and tooling for non-engineers.
• Lead hands-on enablement across the company with playbooks, office hours, and a network of AI champions.
• Redesign core workflows around AI capabilities and measure adoption beyond attendance.
• Own the AI scorecard, publish weekly results and guardrails for targets and changes.
• Manage the use-case pipeline from intake to rollout and maintenance, retiring initiatives quarterly.
