Job summary

Voice Systems Engineering, Inc. is seeking a strategic Head of AI Enablement & Transformation to consolidate and scale AI initiatives across the company.

You will own the stack, guardrails, and metrics, guiding a broad, non-technical workforce to leverage AI responsibly and effectively. This remote-based leadership role reports to the General Company Circle, with accountability for the tooling stack, skills library, and AI scorecard.

Qualifications

• Personally built and shipped AI agents, automations or LLM-powered tools used by people in the last 12 months.
• 7+ years in technology, operations, product, consulting or transformation roles with 2+ years in applied generative AI.
• Fluency with prompting, agents, tools, evaluation, retrieval, workflow orchestration and major model providers.
• Ability to prototype, integrate via APIs, and troubleshoot without waiting on an engineering team.
• Proven track record rolling out AI/automation across a non-technical workforce with measurable gains.
• Experience establishing governance, responsible AI or data-handling policies in live environments.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching and communication with engineers and customer-care teams.
• Comfort owning a capability end to end without a direct team reporting to you.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate ongoing AI initiatives into a single, well-governed program.
• Own tooling strategy, vendor evaluation, and guardrails for responsible use.
• Lead weekly enablement sessions and develop role-specific playbooks.
• Design and manage an end-to-end use-case pipeline from intake to rollout.
• Publish weekly AI scorecard results and adapt targets as needed.
• Ensure AI outputs are sourced and validated with traceability.
• Drive adoption in a primarily non-technical workforce.
