Job summary

Voice Systems Engineering is seeking a Head of AI Enablement & Transformation to drive company-wide AI adoption. You will prototype agents, build safe automation, and empower a largely non-technical workforce to use AI tools effectively.

You will own the stack, guardrails and scorecard, report weekly on progress, and collaborate with Legal, HR and Tech to ensure responsible implementation. This remote-based role emphasizes practical impact and fast iteration.

Qualifications

• Built and shipped agentic AI systems or automations in the last 12 months.
• 2+ years of applied generative AI work.
• Proficient with prompting, tool use, evaluation, and orchestration of AI workflows.
• Able to prototype and integrate via APIs without heavy engineering support.
• Experience rolling out AI/automation to non-technical users with measurable gains.
• Experience establishing governance or data-handling policies in live environments.
• Excellent facilitation and communication with engineers and non-technical staff.
• Capable of owning end-to-end capability with no direct team reporting to you.

Responsibilities

• Prototype and ship AI agents, automations and tooling; code weekly.
• Lead hands-on enablement across the company via sessions and playbooks.
• Redesign core workflows to leverage AI capabilities.
• Own the AI scorecard; publish weekly metrics and targets.
• Decide tooling stack; evaluate models, platforms and vendors.
• Build guardrails, permissions, and data-classification policies.
• Manage the use-case pipeline from intake to rollout and maintenance.
• Ensure quality by validating outputs against sources and retraining as needed.
• Care for team wellbeing; monitor adoption and pace of change.
