Job summary

Voice Systems Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Head of AI Enablement & Transformation to consolidate and lead a company-wide AI program.

You will prototype generative AI agents, design guardrails, and empower roughly forty-five non-technical users to apply AI safely and effectively across the business. You will own the stack, governance, and scorecard, collaborating with AI champions in all functions, and reporting to the General Company Circle.

Qualifications

• Built and shipped agentic AI systems or automation in the last 12 months
• 7+ years in technology, operations, product, consulting, or transformation roles
• At least 2 years of applied generative AI work and experience with LLMs and tool usage
• Ability to prototype, integrate via APIs, and troubleshoot without heavy engineering support
• Proven ability to roll out AI/automation across non-technical workforce with measurable gains
• Experience establishing governance, responsible-AI, or data-handling policies
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills with engineers and non-technical staff

Responsibilities

• Consolidate ongoing AI work into a coherent, governed program
• Define and standardize tooling stack and guardrails
• Own the AI scorecard, publish weekly results and targets
• Lead the network of AI champions across functions
• Build and ship AI capabilities, agents, and evaluation frameworks
• Design the use-case pipeline from intake to rollout and retirement
• Ensure outputs are verifiable against sources and maintained with oversight
