Voice Systems Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Head of AI Enablement & Transformation to consolidate and scale AI adoption across a remote-first organization.

You will own the stack, guardrails, and the measurement framework, driving rapid, safe AI deployment with a team of AI champions across functions. You’ll prototype AI agents, lead hands-on enablement sessions, and define governance policies to ensure responsible use while delivering measurable improvements in adoption, quality, and

Qualifications

• Proven track record shipping agentic AI systems used by non-technical users.
• 7+ years in tech/ops/consulting with ≥2 years in applied generative AI.
• Fluency with LLMs: prompting, agents, tools, eval, retrieval, orchestration.
• Coding or scripting ability to prototype via APIs.
• Experience rolling out AI across a non-technical workforce with measurable gains.
• Experience establishing governance or data-handling policies.
• Excellent facilitation and communication with engineers and customer-care reps.
• Ability to own capability end to end without direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship AI capabilities: prototypes, agents, eval frameworks, deploy safely.
• Lead hands-on enablement across the company with sessions and playbooks.
• Redesign core workflows around AI possibilities with partner teams.
• Own the AI scorecard and publish weekly results with targets.
• Decide the tooling stack and run PoCs; build-versus-buy decisions.
• Develop guardrails including permissions, data-classification, and policies with Legal/HR/IT.
• Manage the use-case pipeline from intake to rollout and retirement.
• Protect quality by validating outputs against sources and re-testing.
• Look after the team; monitor AI adoption and pause rollout if metrics decline.
