Spot Freight, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager in Charlotte, NC to identify new customers, nurture relationships, and manage key accounts.

This role focuses on prospecting, communicating, quoting, and maintaining customer partnerships within a fast-paced logistics environment. The on-site position reports to the Account Management department, offering a base salary with potential commission within the first year and benefits including medical/dental/vision and PTO.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Knowledge of the logistics industry preferred.

• BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: Understand prospective clients’ shipping needs and manage a continuous sales pipeline via calls and ongoing communication.
• CUSTOMER GROWTH: Design and execute a customer strategy for each account to drive ongoing, profitable growth.
• RELATIONSHIPS: Act as a consultative resource on services, market trends, and quotes considering all factors; develop client strategies.
