Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of sales experience required.
• Knowledge of the logistics industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Procure, negotiate, and secure carriers to move available freight in a timely and cost-effective manner while establishing essential relationships.
• Provide consistent and exceptional service levels to carriers and internal customers to ensure pipeline growth.
• Develop and grow carrier relationships through lead generation, cold-calling, and referrals.
• Effectively analyze carriers and freight markets to best meet our customers’ freight needs.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales margin expectations and ensure carrier service levels and KPIs are met.
• Proactively communicate with carriers and sales teams to fulfill commitments and resolve issues.
