Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of sales experience required.
• Knowledge of the logistics industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Procure, negotiate, and secure carriers to move freight.
• Provide exceptional service to carriers and internal customers.
• Develop and grow carrier relationships through lead generation and referrals.
• Analyze carriers and freight markets to meet customer needs.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales margin targets.
• Proactively communicate with carriers and sales teams to fulfill commitments.
