BBI Logistics, LLC is hiring for an Account Executive to drive new business from our Charlotte office. You will build and manage your own book of business, engaging carriers and customers through frequent outreach.

After an initial training month at our Columbus, OH HQ, you’ll work 100% on-site in Charlotte, contributing to a growing local team. The role demands resilience, strong negotiation, and a can-do attitude to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must work 100% on-site in Charlotte after one month of training at Columbus HQ

Responsibilities

• Creatively self-generate leads and qualify prospects
• Execute 60+ cold calls per day to build relationships with prospects and existing customers
• Stay up to date on industry trends to provide and negotiate freight costs to customers and carriers
• Manage freight movement and problem solve in real time by utilizing our proprietary TMS software
• Proactively communicate when resolving issues and provide updates to customers and carriers
• Help establish a competitive, collaborative culture as one of the first sales reps in our Charlotte office
