Job summary

BBI Logistics, LLC seeks an Account Executive to drive new business in our fast-paced brokerage team. You will generate leads, manage a personal book of business, and negotiate freight costs with customers and carriers using our TMS platform.

Ideal candidates are resilient, hungry for success, and capable of multi-tasking during long hours on the phone. You’ll receive paid training, a base salary plus uncapped commissions, and opportunities for advancement.

• Self-starter with proven cold-calling ability.
• Ability to handle long hours on the phone and stay persistent.

Responsibilities

• Creatively generate leads and qualify prospects.
• Execute 60+ cold calls per day to build relationships.
• Negotiate freight costs and provide updates to customers and carriers.
• Manage freight movement using the TMS platform and resolve issues in real time.
• Communicate proactively when resolving issues.
