The role emphasizes self-motivated prospecting, heavy cold calling, freight cost negotiation, and proactive problem solving to keep shipments moving and clients satisfied. We offer on-site support and a clear path for advancement.

• Ability to negotiate freight costs and manage client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation; Creatively self-generate leads and qualify prospects
• Cold Call; Execute 60+ cold calls daily to build relationships and grow your client base
• Negotiate and Market Research; Stay up to date on industry trends to provide and negotiate freight costs to customers and carriers
• Account Management; Efficiently oversee freight movement, addressing problems using our proprietary TMS software
• Problem Solving; Proactively communicate with high sense of urgency when resolving issues and provide updates to customers and carriers
